Yes yes y’all, the summer is here. Kind of. We’re not going to be put off by the grey London skies, we’re aiming full steam ahead towards rooftop parties, park BBQs and aimless stumbling home as the sun rises. And we don’t do things by halves – to celebrate we’re hosting an 18 hour party on Saturday May 20th with some of our favourite DJs and the usual CTC crew bringing exquisite tunes to both Old Street’s Magic Roundabout the newly-christened Kamio. Get your tickets here.
Kicking off at 12 midday, we’re pairing disco with the al-fresco vibes of the Magic Roundabout to ween the sun from behind the clouds and soundtrack your session, all the way through to 11pm. With music from Xtopher, Holmes Price and French Toast all joined by our headliner Louis La Roche, sunshine sounds are guaranteed. Louis’s new album ‘Sleepless Nights’ is out now so make sure you check it out to get in the mood.
Later, when the sun goes down and the freaks come out, we’re heading to Kamio to take things a little bit deeper for our first ever show at the new space. Headlined by Cin Cin and Church regular Laurence Guy, backed up by House Husband, AKA Sweetback and a second deeper set from French Toast, it’s 18 hours of non-stop grade-A gold.
The day event is free(!) which tickets for the evening are a mere £4 but grab them quick, our early bird is nearly sold out.
